An African-American man died after police deputies used a Taser on him while he screamed “I can’t breathe” during filming of a police TV show. Javier Ambler II, from Killeen, Texas, failed to dim the headlights of his SUV while driving home from playing poker in the early hours of March 28 last year. Williamson County Sheriff's deputy J.J. Johnson followed him over the minor traffic violation for almost half an hour after Mr Ambler reportedly refused to pull over.
