First partypoker Live Millions Barcelona €25K SHR won by Andreas Eiler for €700,000
The first of two €25,000 Super High Roller at the 2018 partypoker LIVE MILLIONS Barcelona has concluded, after Day 1 chipleader Andreas Eiler defeated all his opponents for the top prize of €700,000!
Actually, this is not Eiler's best live cash of his poker career, as he finished 2nd place in the World Series of Poker Europe High Roller for One Drop event last year for a sweet payout worth €2,155,418! Thanks to his latest win, the German poker pro now has more than $4 million in total live tournament earnings to his name.
While Eiler mainly put on his A-game to win the title, it is no doubt that Lady Luck was also on his side, like for example this showdown from this A-K vs. A-K hand against Swedish pro Viktor "Isildur1" Blom.
The heads-up play between Eiler and fellow countryman Rainer Kempe ended swiftly after Kempe 3-bet all-in with A-6 against Eiler's A-9. The board came in favor of Eiler with T-3-3-4-5, thus making Eiler the winner for the title and the prize money.
