Michigan men win more than $2 million each at World Series of Poker Main Event

LAS VEGAS -- Two Michigan men have finished fourth and fifth at the World Series of Poker Main Event, both taking home more than $2 million in earnings.
Nic Manion of Muskegon finished fourth and will take home prize money of $2.825 million. He was knocked out of the tournament early Saturday, July 14.
Joe Cada, a Shelby Township native and previous winner of the Main Event, finished fifth and will take home prize money of $2.15 million.
Both men were at the final table.
Cada won the 2009 Main Event by outlasting the other 6,493 players to win $8,574,649. He is the youngest person to ever win the Main Event.
The Main Event, now down to three players, is expected to wrap up late Saturday or early Sunday.
