River Spikes River and Takes the Chip Lead

Chino Rheem opened to 30,000 in middle position before his opponent three-bet to 79,000 from the cutoff.

The action folded back to Rheem, and he called and stated, "Action is on you, sir!"

The dealer spread a {10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop, and with the action on the cutoff, he bet out 90,000 and responded, "Now the action is on you!"

Rheem paused, grabbed a stack of chips, and added, "Nope, it's back on you!"

Rheem had dropped in a stack of green 25,000-denomination chips amounting to a check-raise of roughly 600,000. His opponent immediately tossed in a few chips to signify he had called all in for 548,000.

Rheem: {A-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Opponent: {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

The turn of the {5-Clubs} changed little but reduce Rheem's outs by one, but when the {9-Hearts} fell on the river, Rheem would eliminate his opponent and climb into the chip lead.
