Five Victorian mayors have formed an alliance . calling for reform s for legislation around poker machines ahead of the state election. Mayors from Moreland, Whittlesea, Darebin, Wyndham and Yarra along with the Alliance for Gambling Reform have launched their 2018 election platform, calling for caps to maximum bets and reducing hours for operating venues.
