Watch Tom Brady, Ben Affleck and other celebs play poker tournament to aid coronavirus fight
Tom Brady is used to displaying a poker face. Who ever thought he would leave the New England Patriots?
Maybe that will come in handy today, as Brady is joining Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and some other celebrity friends in an online poker tournament that will benefit Feeding America, the nation’s largest hunger relief organization.
It will be broadcast on Twitch at 2 p.m. ET (11 a.m. PT). The group already has raised more than $1 million.
Celebrities joining Brady and his pals include actors Jason Bateman, Bryan Cranston, Adam Levine, Sarah Silverman, Tobey Maguire and Jon Hamm. According to CardPlayer, some professional poker players also will be joining them, including legend Doyle Brunson.
Brady already has partnered with Wheels Up to provide 10 million meals to Feeding America.
Last month, Brady signed a two-year, $50 million contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- a move that surely disappointed Affleck and Damon. Brady has since relocated to Florida, living in a mansion built by former Yankees great Derek Jeter.
