Restaurants, beauty salons, barber shops, nail salons, movie theaters, gyms and fitness centers are able to open with restrictions in Phase 1.
Casinos, video poker, spas, tattoo and massage parlors, live entertainment, event venues, children's museums and bars without food permits will remain closed until later phases.
